Gayatri loves helping motivated clients achieve optimal health using the Kalish Method. She took her first nutrition course in 2003, the same year that the Human Genome Project was completed. Identifying with the science of genomics, she named her practice, 23 Nutrition Therapy. Gayatri practices the latest science in nutritional genomics, functional medicine, and gastrointestinal nutrition. She is registered in the state of California and holds a BS and an MS in Dietetics with 1200 hours of supervised practice through the University of California, Berkeley, and Eastern Michigan University. She holds advanced practice certifications in Integrative and Functional Nutrition through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, is Kalish trained via the Kalish Institute, and is also a certified LEAP therapist for food sensitivities
