Meet Gayatri

Gayatri loves helping motivated clients achieve their health goals through the latest science-based systems. She took her first nutrition course in 2003, the same year that the Human Genome Project was completed. Identifying with the science of genomics, she named her practice, 23 Nutrition Therapy. Since then, Gayatri has studied the latest research in genomics, functional medicine, food sensitivities, and gastrointestinal nutrition. She is registered in the state of California and holds a BS and MS in Dietetics with 1200 hours of supervised practice through Eastern Michigan University.

Hundreds of clients today are happier and healthier after working with Gayatri to resolve their brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, and gastrointestinal symptoms. Whether you’re a young adult working on achieving your degree or a woman entering a new phase of life, Gayatri can help you recognize your triggers, settle your stresses, and truly heal your body. You deserve to feel good and have the energy to do the things you love in life.

A proven system to assess and resolve your stressors, clear brain fog, eliminate fatigue, and heal the gut.

As a credentialed functional medicine dietitian, Gayatri helps her clients through the three body systems approach to achieve foundational health. By first addressing your body’s stress hormones through an adrenal lab assessment, then narrowing in on the importance of a healthy digestive system, and finally measuring the liver’s detoxification pathways, you’ll understand why you’ve been dealing with fatigue, depression, anxiety, poor immunity, or even struggling to lose weight. You’ll also be prepared with a plan to restore your digestive tract, reduce or eliminate your symptoms, and finally help your body detoxify and recover.

Gayatri understands what it’s like to go through trauma and then need to take some time to reassess and recover from the stress that occurs in the body. She loves to work with individuals who are ready to take control of their symptoms and put in the work it takes to achieve a healthier life.
